Shipping policy
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your Order with Health Tech Supply. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfillment and delivery of goods, including limitations of liability. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, other important conditions may be applicable to your Order.
4-7 Business days for Australia-wide including most country areas. 7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT outside the Alice Springs and Darwin. Please also allow 1-2 days for dispatch.
Please note we are unable to deliver bulky items to PO Box addresses.
Carrier loss in transit: all carrier losses must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery ETA. Any claims outside of this time frame will not be covered by the carrier or our insurance. IMPORTANT: All non-deliveries or damages MUST be reported within 10 days of delivery ETA to be eligible for carrier investigation. Claims outside of this time frame will be declined.
Definitions applicable to these Terms and Conditions:
Big & Bulky Goods: Large goods where extra handling and additional resources are required for delivery (i.e. a two-man truck). Additional Delivery Fees and requirements may apply. Check product descriptions when placing your Order.
Business Days: Weekdays when banks are open for business in Sydney, Australia.
Delivery Address: The address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic Order form on the Website, excluding Post Office Boxes.
Delivery Agent: Any nominated third party delivery or shipping company for Health Tech Supply.
Delivery Fee: The fees charged by the Delivery Agent of Health Tech Supply for the delivery of Goods.
Goods: The items offered for sale, described or displayed on the Website.
GST: As defined by A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Law: Any applicable legal rule, including statutes, regulations, orders, by-laws or judicial decisions.
Order: A request by you to purchase Goods from Health Tech Supply in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Personal Information: As defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Price: The purchase price of each Good as specified on the Website (including GST).
Special Delivery: Goods requiring special delivery such as furniture or other large items.
Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

Website Terms: The terms and conditions governing your use of the Website, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
You or Your: The purchaser of Goods from Health Tech Supply pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Each Order is a separate and binding agreement between you and Health Tech Supply for the supply of Goods.
Product Descriptions: HealthTechSupply.com.au and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, HealthTechSupply.com.au does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, unopened and unassembled condition.
Typographical Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or supplier error, HealthTechSupply.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, even if confirmed and payment has been processed.
Electronic Communications: By using HealthTechSupply.com.au or emailing us, you consent to receive communications electronically. These satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.
You may place an Order through the Website by submitting the electronic Order form.
By completing the Order form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including for any gift recipients. Health Tech Supply is not liable for delays or failures due to inaccurate information.
You may Order if you are 16 years or older, with an active email account and contact number.
Once submitted, Orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Multiple Orders cannot be consolidated.
You will receive an Order number upon submission. This is required for Customer Service inquiries.
Health Tech Supply reserves the right to accept or reject Orders at any time. If rejected, you will be notified and refunded if payment has been processed.
We may use Delivery Agents to deliver Goods. Your Delivery Address and contact details will be shared with the Delivery Agent.
Delivery Areas: Big and Bulky Goods may be limited to metro areas in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
Delivery Fees: May increase due to split Orders or multiple delivery types. You will be notified and may cancel the Order for a refund.

We cannot guarantee same-day delivery for split Orders. Delays may occur, especially during sales events. We will notify you of significant delays.
Delivery will occur at the Delivery Address provided. If unavailable, a representative may accept delivery. Proof of ID may be required. If ID is insufficient, delivery may be refused and a card left for pickup.
A signed delivery manifest may be required. Refusal to sign may be considered refusal to accept delivery and may incur redelivery fees.
Where delivery is not possible, a card will be left for pickup. Failure to collect within 10 days may incur redelivery fees.
Provide delivery-specific details (e.g., restricted access, stairs) to facilitate delivery. Redelivery due to access issues may incur additional fees.
Upon delivery, inspect the Goods. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. Returns will attract redelivery fees.
Customer orders are marked ATL (authority to leave) unless signature arrangements are made in advance.
Orders cannot be delivered to a Health Tech Supply store. Insurance and express delivery are not available.
Big and Bulky Goods: Delivery requires someone at the address on the arranged date. If unavailable, redelivery fees may apply.
Delivery staff will not assemble items. Assembly is your responsibility.
Some Goods are shipped directly from suppliers. These will be identified and may have separate delivery terms, which will override these Terms and Conditions where inconsistent.
Supplier Direct Goods are shipped separately and incur an additional Delivery Fee.
Certain Goods may be restricted based on your location or legal regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure they can be lawfully received.
By ordering Restricted Goods, you: (a) confirm you are over 18; (b) acknowledge it is illegal to provide these to minors; (c) warrant you are not obtaining them for someone under 18.
